When you commission me, you are agreeing with the following Terms of Service

  • Full Payment (Via Paypal or Cuenta rut)
     

  • I edit the original colors a little sometimes to match the piece.
     

  • I will send a sketch as progress unless stated otherwise. (and flat color progress for full colored pieces).
     

  • You can ask for changes up to 3 times in the sketch phase. More changes or changing the whole concept will cost extra $10usd. (unless I made a mistake).
     

  • No changes in the finished piece  (unless it's my mistake, like forgetting a marking) .
     

  • Please don't ask me to replicate someone else style.
     

  • Turn around time; 3 weeks at most.
     

  • NO REFUNDS. unless I haven't started, or I'm unable to start.
     

  • In my commissioning adult work, you are agreeing that you and your character are of legal age  to purchase and view such content. (sexy, suggestive and lingerie themes).
     

  • If you see me posting artwork daily I'm not ignoring your commission, it's part of my job.

Rights

  • Feel free to use/repost your commission with propper credits.
     

  • It's fine to print it, stamp your shirt, mugs, anything you want for YOUR OWN personal use.
     

  • DO NOT use it for any commercial purpose. NO NFT
     

  • Don't erase my signature. I won't give a version without my signature, but I can make it smaller/more transparent by request
     

  • I reserve the right to post the artwork (or not) on my websites, use them as examples, videos, or other NOT claiming your characters as my own.
     

  • I won't be responsible for lost files, please save your commission.
